Get your event featured in the yearbook!

There are TWO WAYS your event can be featured:

1) Included in the chronological organization of the book (September through April)

If you would like your club, group, organization or activity to be included in the main seasonal yearbook pages, get in touch with our editor to have one of our photographers attend your event.

2) As part of the Student Submissions collection (included in the clubs & students submission section near the end of the book – Form on this page, below)

Fill out the form below. Submission deadline is April 9th, 2027.
Submit 1-5 of your best photos below. Fill out the form with as much information as you want included with your photos.

Clubs and Groups Event Photo Submissions

Read the guidelines above regarding submission deadlines and number of photos to submit.

We don’t keep or share your email. This is just so we can get in touch if we have questions.
List any departments, clubs, or groups that were involved in this event.
Give us a short paragraph of what this event was and what the photos depict. If you are submitting for the Student Submissions section, write us a short, descriptive caption. Be creative!
What date did this event take place? At what time?
Drag & Drop Files, Choose Files to Upload You can upload up to 20 files.
Please upload images that are at least 1.5 Mb. You can upload up to 20 photos with each form. For page/spread submissions: upload at least 6-10 high quality and varied photos. For inclusion in the Student Submission section: submit 1-5 photos and be sure to give us a description to use as a caption.
Please name the photographer so they can be credited in the yearbook. If there is more than one photographer or the photographer doesn’t want to be credited, please enter the name of the club/group.
